Stayed here for 5 nights with a group of a girls for a bachelorette getaway. No words to describe how beautiful this house was, I don’t even know where to begin!! The owner Lesley’s response time was always super fast and she was extremely accommodating with all of our needs!! She assisted with transportation, private chefs, at home massages, flowers & décor!! She made everything very convenient. Cleaning staff tidied up when we were away, which was great. Our towels were always fresh & beds always made. Jose (property manager) was also super helpful. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Lesley & thanks to your amazing team!
This was definitely the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The master bathroom was my favorite part! Second to that, the rooftop jacuzzi. Super clean, immaculate space. We were able to rent bikes through Lesley and Jose, which was very convenient. We used those to ride through the neighborhood into downtown each morning to grab breakfast. This was a great place to stay and experience local culture of Tulum, but still be within a bike ride or quick drive to the beach!
I booked this place for a girls’ trip. It was 7 of us and the villa was AMAZING! We are so so so thankful for Lesley and Jose. They were wonderful. Lesley helped me plan my entire trip. From picking us up at the airport to making reservations for tours, beach clubs, yachts, restaurants, etc. She was so patient and awesome with us Jose is so welcoming. He made sure we felt safe, got our rooms cleaned every day, and booked cabs for us. I am so pleased I booked this home and will book it again if it’s available.
Absolutely loved loved loved my stay at Blue Deer Residances. The staff, including Lesley, helped me plan my trip a couple of months in advance. They were always attentive and responsive. Every morning they would check in with us to see if we needed anything and if we were comfortable. The location is fantastic, a quick walk to the main street where there are many restaurants, bars, and shops. The home is everything pictured…. Actually it looks better in person. Worth every dollar to rent this place. And I am looking forward to coming back!

Located 2 blocks away from Avenue Kulkulkan, getting to the beach is an easy drive of approximately 10 minutes. Tulum’s beach road spans 6.5 miles long from the ruins to the entrance of the biological reserve. Exact travel time will depend on your destination and traffic. Most popular spots can be reached within 15-20 minutes.
Yes – Within a short distance, you will find a multitude of Cenotes, the Kaan Luum Lagoon, Tulum Archaeological Zone, Sian Ka’an Biosphere, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving & Kitesurfing.
This is personal question depending on your itinerary and activity level. Our concierge can order all local taxis if you don’t feel like driving or have a larger group, while a car rental offers freedom if you are traveling with a smaller group. For more active guests who want to explore on their own, we can arrange ATV’s, scooters and bikes to be delivered and picked up from the house.
We accept pets on a case-by-case basis, with an additional security deposit. Please send us information about your pet prior to booking, so we can determine if it’s a good fit.
